5 tips for professional success without studying

The better the school education, the more successful you are in your professional life. Wrong!

School education says absolutely nothing about whether you will be successful in professional life or not. Of course, with a good education, you have better opportunities to get a management position in a large company. But it actually depends much more on what you can put into practice the theory you learned during your studies and whether you are willing to learn new things.

These 5 things are necessary to be professionally successful, with or without studies:

A positive attitude to yourself and external circumstances is important. There are no problems. There are only challenges for which we find a solution.

You have to set long-term, medium-term, and short-term goals and pursue them consistently. Especially the long-term goal must never be lost sight of. The path may change, but the goal must remain the same.

On every path, there are stumbling blocks and obstacles. All successful people have been at the bottom at times, but they have learned to keep getting up and moving forward. Make mistakes and learn from them, but never lose sight of your goal.

Time management is important to find the right balance between work, family, and hobbies. You are always average as good as the five people with whom you spend the most time. So think carefully about how you want to be and spend your time with people who are as good as you or maybe even better.
