TON (The Open Network) is a decentralized layer 1 blockchain designed by Telegram to onboard billions of users. It is a project promoted by Telegram, a global messenger with 700 million monthly active users (MAU), and is being developed by the developer community as it transitions to open source in the future. With the recent update of the Telegram wallet function, the use of Toncoin, a native token of the TON blockchain, is also increasing.

The TON blockchain remains one of the few truly scalable blockchain projects as of 2022. As such, it is still the most advanced blockchain project, capable of performing millions and, if it becomes necessary in the future, tens of millions of true Turing-complete smart contract transactions per second.

TON has evolved remarkably over the past five years since its inception and is still at the forefront of general-purpose blockchain technology. Since 2017, the effectiveness of the architectural approach proposed in the Thon white paper has been further verified by the high performance proven in various testnets and mainnets based on the Thon technology implementations developed over the past few years. TON has an edge over Ethereum and Solana in terms of design and implementation and can be the ultimate solution to meet the high expectations of developers and communities under the blockchain analysis of TON’s official website.

TON’s uniqueness is not limited to the blockchain itself. Above all, TON has the potential to be integrated in various ways with Telegram Messenger, which boasts an MAU of 700 million people. It is a particular advantage that cannot be found in other blockchains. The TON ecosystem already has hundreds of chatbots and web apps (wallets, bridges, mining, channels, chats, social networking, gambling, etc.).

Megaton Finance is a decentralized exchange protocol developed by Ozys that provides participants with various financial opportunities such as swaps and yield farming. Users can provide liquidity to Megaton Finance and earn transaction fees and MEGA tokens as rewards. MEGA token mining is scheduled to start on February 23 (UTC).

At launch, Megaton Finance will not have the routing capabilities to connect pairs to pairs like Uniswap V1. All token pairs are created based on WTON and undergo two swap processes for token swap. For example, if you want to swap token A for token B, you would first convert token A into WTON in the WTON/A pair and then use WTON to swap for token B in the WTON/B pair. In the future, we will implement an immediate swap function using the routing function like Uniswap V2 when the development of the TON blockchain complete and the routing function is fully available.

In addition to DEX, Megaton Finance will develop various financial products, such as lending and leveraged yield farm, and enable users to make profits by utilizing assets in the TON ecosystem in many ways.

Ultimately, Megaton Finance plans to dramatically improve the user experience by maximizing the Telegram chatbot function that Ozys will develop. This will make Megaton Finance a user-friendly DeFi protocol that can accommodate about 700 million of monthly active users as well as existing DeFi users.

Megaton Finance is eager to expand its TON ecosystem by utilizing Orbit Bridge, a global top-7 bridge developed by Ozys. Orbit Bridge is a solid cross-chain bridge that has handled over 800,000 transactions, totaling over $12 billion in value, and has a TVL of over $200 million without a single hacking incident. Orbit Bridge currently supports 19 networks, including Ethereum, Klaytn, BNB, HECO, Stacks, and Ripple, and more than 86 assets, including ETH, USDT, and USDC.

Orbit Bridge uses trustless, secure multiple-signature verification to establish a smart contract-based rapid consensus process with decentralized entities such as Ozys, Ground X, and DSRV that achieve consensus on an on-chain basis. Megaton Finance will offer key asset utilization opportunities, such as BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, and MATIC, in various networks, including Ethereum, through a stable and scalable Orbit Bridge.

Megaton Finance will bring various mainnet assets into the Ton ecosystem through the Orbit Bridge. Numerous projects can naturally promote their blockchains, protocols, and tokens in the TON ecosystem. Lots of users in the TON ecosystem will turn more into their supporters. Orbit Bridge will be the link between them all and will grow with Megaton Finance.

Megaton Finance has prioritized the safety of its protocols to be reborn as a representative decentralized financial protocol in the TON ecosystem. To minimize the risk of Megaton Finance contracts, where various assets will be deposited, we have received an audit from the world-renowned audit company CertiK. Please check the results and summary of the audit conducted by CertiK below. We will continue to undergo audits so that users can use Megaton Finance with confidence.

Typically, you can get MEGA through liquidity mining, swaps, and exchanges (DEXs or CEXs) with a total issue volume of 100,000,000 MEGA. The initial supply is 1% of the total supply, and the specific tokenomics of MEGA are as follows.

A. MEGA Initial Supply

We will allocate 1,000,000 MEGA (1% of the total) for marketing, MEGA LP incentives, and Tonstarter to build an early ecosystem for Megaton Finance. Megaton Finance will create a stable trading environment on the TON network by securing liquidity with users through an event that utilizes the initial supply.

B. MEGA Final Token Distribution

The final distribution of MEGA is 100,000,000 MEGA and is distributed as shown in the table.

Ozys, the developer of Megaton Finance, has achieved world-class TVL and MAU by developing and operating DeFi protocols such as KLAYswap and Meshswap. Based on this experience, we launched a user-friendly DEX on top of the TON ecosystem.

Please note that Megaton Finance does not have routing functions. Each pair created based on WTON, like Uniswap V1, must be swapped twice to obtain the token you want to get. Ozys is well aware of the inconvenience this will cause its users. We will implement features that can be swapped immediately once the TON Foundation has upgraded the TON blockchain.

In the future, Megaton Finance will provide a financial experience beyond just exchange when various financial services, such as leverage farming, governance, and long/short margin trading, are added. It allows users of several types, including long-term MEGA investors, those who want to participate in governance through MEGA staking, and those who use various short-term DeFi services, to participate in the Megaton Finance ecosystem. Furthermore, we will establish an easy-to-use protocol for participants in the TON ecosystem and Telegram users through the perfect combination between Megaton Finance and Telegram.
