Apparently, I had missed entire conversations and direct messages between myself and friends I hadn’t reach out to.
Someone had been communicating with my connections, posing as me. And doing a pretty good job of keeping the conversation going. Inevitably my friends realized they weren’t communicating with me, and reached out to let me know my social media accounts had been hacked.
