Mission Masterpluto

The journey from making covid-19 resources accessible to everyone to make domain experts accessible to everyone.

India was facing the wrath of covid-19 just a few months later after the celebration of new year in 2021 and there was an environment of struggle all around me.

Everyday, I kept receiving texts and calls from my friends to arrange beds in hospitals, medicines, oxygen etc.

And everybody was struggling to find the resources around them.

There were a lot of volunteers who were helping the country in their own way and the way the invested their time and everything is prime example of human empathic humans are.

I tried to contribute in my own way.

There were list of hospital beds that were being shared on social media and I tried to gather all of these credible resources together so that people can find everything in just one place instead of feeling lost.

Have a quick glimpse.

It helped people in three ways.

It was really a satisfying project that I worked on and the feeling that it could impact so many people in need is beyond anything.

Soon things got better and we all had a sigh of relief.

But I saw a major issue around me again.

I have been mentoring students for the last three years and these are serious folks who are taking courses along with mentorship to completely transition into an exciting field of UX.

But then there are lot of people on Linkedin who were reaching out to me for various questions and they just needed one conversation to get their questions answered. We tried to schedule a call but mostly it doesn’t work out due to multiple reasons.

I talked to friends around me and they faced a similar issue.

I found this to be genuine problem and it was too exciting for me to just wait for somebody to solve it.

I took on the challenge of creating the mvp and test out the hypothesis.

It is still work in progress but Masterpluto is getting improved everyday because of differents tests and experiments being run.
