Learning how to learn

After lectures I was motivated to learn new things but there were some challenges that I faced are as following.

1. It was very hard for me to concentrate on a new thing. And to take the new concept.

2. The second challenge was that I have no idea before taking the lecture how to learn new things. When I started to learning there was mess of things. I didn’t know how to summarize the things. it was a big challenge for me

2. What are 1–2 most important takeaways from the course that you can use in order to overcome or reduce the challenges that you face?

· The course was very helpful for me. The first thing that I leaned to summarize or get the right information from new bombardment of knowledge and information.

· I learned the Pomodoro techniques, time management.

3. How are you planning to apply these takeaways to your life?

· I will use the Pomodoro techniques in my practical life.

· Mental relaxation

· Use of focus and diffuse modes for learning.
