Developing a Growth Mindset Amal Totkay

Mindset is one person's beliefs and thoughts, which dominate individual life.
People have different mindsets like Fixed and Growth. Most successful people have a Growth Mindset. Growth Mindset people never rely on one thing, they go beyond their limits.

Developing a Growth Mindset with Amal Totkay is great. These tips are very interesting and I find them very informative. Yes, these tips helpful in positively growing my mindset. These tips are
1) Self-talk 2) Get out of your comfort zone 3) create new habits 4) Ask people for help 5) Fake it till you make it
All of these tips are very interesting. If I discussed them one by one that how did I find them:
1) Self-Talk

Listen yourself, Positive Self-Talk “ I can do this”👆

I agree that “you become what you think”. So, positive beliefs are very important. If we want to be successful then it’s important to train our minds with positive beliefs and thoughts. Furthermore, positive self-talk has benefits like helping you to better understanding yourself, reduce stress, life satisfaction, improve mental skills to solve problems, etc
2) Get Out of Your Comfort Zone

Look! How far you can Go. Get Up👆

To achieve goals in our life, it’s most important that we face challenges. As in Amal, I learned about the importance of Kam Kam and Kam. So, there are many ways like changing my routine, learning new things and experimenting with my ideas, putting myself into challenges or by facing them, etc.
3) Create New Habits
I think this is the best and my favorite Totka because for a growth mindset continuously learning is important. If we find this learning in our habits, then it’s a very good thing. Try new habits: yes our habits change from time to time and it’s a very good sign for our mental growth. Our habit leads towards creativity. If I remember when I was 5 years old, my habits were watching cartoons and playing. Same as I grew up, my habits have changed and it’s a process of learning. Through this learning not only I mentally grew up but it brings a change in my personality.
My Hobbies Shape Me, Who I’m.

Habits Cycle👆

Whenever we develop new habits, it filters out with these four stages. The first two are problem phases and the remaining two are solution phases. Now let’s take an example:
Cue: you wake up
craving: you want to feel alert
Response: you drink a cup of coffee
reward: You satisfy your craving to feel alert
Drinking coffee becomes associated with waking up.
So, drinking coffee becomes your habit. Our habit becomes our unconscious thoughts also because we performed this simple habit so many times.
It’s ok if we have good habits but we need to break our bad habits; they are hurdles in the learning process. Therefore we need to develop good new habits.
I start implementing this by adding some useful habits in my daily routine like:
1) I’m getting up early in the morning ( it good for my health )
2) I’m going to eat healthy food by avoiding junk food and cold drinks
3) By surrounding myself with positive people
4) by following the 80/20 rule
5) Read, read, and books reading ( most useful learning process )
6) Practicing gratitude ( our lives need most; it’s a great way to create positivity )
7) Being a responsible
8) Spend 1 minute learning a new word( it will increase my vocabulary )
Habits are the foundation of success and fulfillment…

Improve your Habits👆

4) Ask People For Help
It feels weird when we think about it. Most of us have some ego and we avoid taking help from others. Its impact can be positive and negative. Like if people help you, it positively affects you but if someone declines, you feel embarrassed. Yes, choosing people to ask for their help is very important. Same with when you ask people for their bits of help, try to be specific and clear about the situation. It’s better in asking for help when you’re polite and choose words wisely. Like “would you do me a favor” “please, can you help me” etc.
I also implement this Totka by adopting some good phrases.

5) Fake It Till You Make It
I found this Totka very interesting. It only works if we truly identify in ourselves that are holding us back. It’s a mind game. Like if I am shy but in a crowd, I show that I am confident in my mind then my body can fake it. So, maybe a day comes, when I seriously become confident. That’s a time where I can achieve my goal by initially faking it. Even if you aren’t feeling as confident as you should, project it anyway. Yes, I can implement this totka in my life by reminding that:
1. I can do this
2. I’m a very confident person
3. Maintaining my eye contact with others
4. By smiling (it impacts well)
5. By acting as I’m the Most Qualified Person in the Room
6. By avoiding my negative thoughts

I found all of these tips really interesting and informative. Each of them has its own vitality and importance. I have already started applying all of them to develop a Growth Mindset. One can start developing a Growth Mindset from today:
Acknowledging and embracing imperfections.
Continuously invest himself/herself.
Continuous learning / different learning tactics
By replacing negativity with positivity
Cultivating a sense of purpose
Taking feedback as a constructive way
Utilizing regular opportunities for reflection

The Main Takeaway from these tips is development of individual mindset. How can individual mindset grow by implementing these tips in their own life? These tips are useful for individual growth.
It is us that can change our lives by bringing positive or negative impacts. Nobody can push us, until we do it.

These Totkay are very helpful and I started Implement on them.
Now it's your turn
